What this is
alienarachnid.com is the personal website of the AlienArachnid streaming channel: gear reviews, stream information, and ways to support the channel. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Clipforge is a private tool I built to turn my own broadcasts into short clips and publish them to my own social accounts. It is not offered to the public, has no other users, and cannot be signed into by anyone else. It is covered here only because the platforms it connects to ask for published terms.
Content and ownership
Reviews, writing, artwork, logos, and video on this site are mine unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to link to it or quote a reasonable excerpt with credit. Please don't republish whole pieces, re-upload my videos as your own, or use the AlienArachnid name or spider logo in a way that suggests I endorse something I don't.
Game footage, box art, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here as commentary and criticism.
Reviews and recommendations
Reviews reflect my own experience with gear I actually used on stream. Some links may be affiliate links, which can earn the channel a commission at no extra cost to you — that never changes what I say about a product. Nothing here is professional advice, and I can't guarantee a product will work the same for you.
Third-party services
Subs, tips, memberships, and merch are handled by Twitch, Ko-fi, Throne, and Fourthwall. Their terms and refund policies apply to those transactions, not mine. Links to other sites aren't endorsements of everything on them.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it to do anything unlawful. I may remove content or restrict access if that happens.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". I do my best to keep it accurate and online, but I can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and I'm not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
